Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via Aramex. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier operations outside of our control.

We offer free shipping nationwide across South Africa on every order.

Delays and Lost Packages

WarmTheory is not liable for delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier once an order has been handed over for shipment, except where required by law. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at xuworkceo001@gmail.com and we will assist in liaising with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WarmTheory is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs arising from address corrections after dispatch may be passed on to the customer.
